Senior Recruiter – Energy & Consulting Projects

About the role

Wood is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead the full talent acquisition lifecycle for its high‑profile energy and consulting clients across the GCC region. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and ensure the delivery of top‑quality candidates within agreed timelines and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including talent planning, sourcing, screening, assessment and hiring.
• Partner daily with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic resourcing advice.
• Maintain an ethical, customer‑focused recruitment service that aligns with Wood’s standards.
• Serve as the focal point for specific business areas or projects and deputize for the Lead Recruiter when required.

Required profile

• Extensive experience recruiting for leading clients in the GCC energy and consulting sectors.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders.
• Strong understanding of regional labor laws and end‑of‑service benefits.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering recruitment outcomes on time and within cost.
