Senior Recruiter – Technical & Engineering Hiring

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure.
• Recruit for technical, engineering, sales, operations, and support positions.
• Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Proactively follow up to ensure vacancies are closed within agreed timelines.
• Develop effective sourcing channels and talent pools.
• Support a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• UAE recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong exposure to technical / engineering recruitment.
• Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
• A proactive, target‑driven mindset with strong ownership and follow‑through.
