About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with strong UAE staffing experience to join Accel HR. The role involves managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of UAE‑based clients across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for UAE‑based clients across various sectors.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals.
• Handle bulk and specialized staffing requirements.
• Conduct candidate interviews, shortlist profiles, and coordinate with clients.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures.
• Manage offers, joining formalities, and candidate follow‑ups.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in the ATS/CRM.
• Achieve monthly placement and recruitment targets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE talent market and recruitment practices.
• Experience working with staffing/recruitment agencies (mandatory).
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work in a target‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
