Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Consultant

About the role

We are expanding our Abu Dhabi presence and need a high‑performing Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead growth across Real Estate and Financial Services. This 360‑degree role combines business development, client advisory, and end‑to‑end search execution.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, map and acquire new corporate clients across government developers, private real estate firms, investment houses, sovereign funds and financial institutions.
• Lead high‑level client meetings, pitch capability decks and negotiate retained, exclusive contingent or advisory fee structures.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C‑suite executives, HR Directors and Talent Acquisition leads, providing market compensation and talent insights.
• Own search mandates from briefing to post‑placement integration, including proactive headhunting, candidate assessment and offer negotiation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date market mapping of Abu Dhabi Real Estate and Financial Services sectors and track industry movements to anticipate hiring needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on recruitment experience in the Abu Dhabi market, preferably agency‑based.
• Proven track record delivering recruitment solutions in Real Estate (development, asset management, sales) and/or Financial Services (banking, private equity, wealth management).
• Demonstrated 360‑degree success in acquiring new client accounts and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong executive presence with confidence to advise C‑level leaders and negotiate complex search solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
