Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Consultant

About the role

We are expanding our presence in Abu Dhabi and looking for an experienced, high‑performing recruiter to drive growth across Real Estate and Financial Services. This 360‑degree role requires direct market knowledge of Abu Dhabi and ownership of end‑to‑end mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Business Development & Account Origination: prospect and acquire new corporate clients, lead strategic pitch meetings, and serve as a trusted advisor to C‑suite executives.
• Search Execution & Delivery Excellence: own search mandates, conduct proactive sourcing, assess candidates, manage interview processes, and oversee offer negotiations and onboarding.
• Practice Building & Market Intelligence: maintain market maps for Real Estate and Financial Services, attend industry networking events, and track industry movements to anticipate hiring needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on recruitment experience in the Abu Dhabi market, preferably agency background.
• Proven track record delivering recruitment solutions in Real Estate and/or Financial Services.
• Demonstrated 360‑degree success acquiring new client accounts and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong executive presence with ability to advise C‑level leaders and negotiate commercial terms.
• Excellent English communication skills and an existing local network of candidates and clients.
• Arabic proficiency is an advantage but not mandatory.
