About the role
The ERP Consultant – HCM will support the implementation, enhancement, maintenance, and ongoing development of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for the Higher Colleges of Technology.
Key responsibilities
- Gather business requirements, conduct fit‑gap analysis and lead design workshops.
- Configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules, support testing, UAT and system upgrades.
- Prepare documentation, training materials and provide production support.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM.
- At least 3 full‑cycle implementations, strong expertise in Core HCM and Payroll.
Required skills
- Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HCM, Payroll, Absence Management, Recruitment, Performance Management, Goal Management, Time & Labor, Compensation, Talent, Self‑Service).
- Fusion HCM certification (preferred).
