We are a high‑growth real‑estate brokerage with over $1.5 billion in sales, entering a new expansion phase. We need a Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead talent acquisition, build strong pipelines, and attract ambitious professionals to support our next stage of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage exceptional talent across real‑estate, marketing, and corporate functions.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for brokerage and sales roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and assess cultural fit.
• Drive a proactive, target‑oriented recruitment strategy aligned with business goals.
• Maintain market intelligence on the UAE real‑estate talent landscape.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Proven track record recruiting within the UAE real‑estate brokerage sector.
• Strong understanding of the UAE real‑estate talent market.
• Experience sourcing and hiring real‑estate brokers and sales professionals.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, target‑driven approach with the ability to assess high‑potential candidates.
