Senior Regional Pre‑Construction Leader

About the role

The AMET Head of Pre‑Construction leads the delivery of pre‑construction phases for large‑scale fulfillment, delivery, and sort‑center projects across the Middle East and Africa, managing a portfolio exceeding USD 1 billion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead site selection, evaluation, budgeting, concept, schematic and detailed design for complex logistics facilities.
• Identify and mitigate risks, drive process improvements, and ensure projects meet timeline, quality and financial targets.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, mentor talent, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate project status and decisions to senior stakeholders and maintain alignment across multicultural teams.

Required profile

• 15+ years in construction management, pre‑construction, real‑estate development or architecture with progressive leadership responsibility.
• 10+ years leading development of logistics, warehouse or industrial facilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.
• Experience using scheduling software such as Primavera or MS Project.
