Finishing Foreman

About the role

Innovo Group is hiring a Finishing Foreman in Dubai. The role supervises and leads crews and workers engaged in industrial, commercial and residential building works, coordinating skilled labour across the various trades involved in the project.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and control skilled labour and work crews on all works aspects of the project, command respect of the workforce and build good working relationships with other departments.
• Convey instructions efficiently and supervise workers on industrial, commercial and residential buildings and other trade works, assisting the trade foreman in coordination.
• Follow policies, procedures and work practices, and read, interpret and follow method statements, drawings and other project and engineering documentation.
• Ensure crews are supplied with tools, equipment and materials, and prevent wastage and misuse.
• Comply with HSE and sustainability policies, report HSE incidents and violations promptly, and adhere to quality standards and legal requirements.
• Drive innovation and cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Required profile

• Minimum high school certificate.
• 3-5 years of significant experience in industrial, commercial and residential construction.
• Knowledge of the related trade field.
• Must have successfully become a master tradesman in the related field where necessary.
