Senior Relationship Manager – Dubai Internet City

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager will serve Mashreq Gold’s high‑net‑worth (HNW) client portfolio in Dubai Internet City. You will deliver personalized banking services, deepen client relationships, and drive revenue growth through cross‑selling and new‑business acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored service to HNW clients, ensuring loyalty and profitability.
• Promote Mashreq Gold products, achieve sales targets and cross‑sell across the portfolio.
• Generate new business through referrals, marketing activities and personal networks.
• Identify client financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, proactively addressing issues.
• Safeguard the bank against AML risks and ensure ethical conduct.
• Contribute to market awareness and minimize client attrition.

Required profile

• University graduate with at least 5‑6 years of relationship‑management experience in banking or financial services in the UAE.
• Strong selling ability, deep knowledge of financial markets and banking products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity.
• Extroverted, amiable personality and proven networking capability.
• CISI Level 3 certification.
