Senior Research Manager - UAE Experience, Arabic Speaker

About the role

Ventures Middle East, a management consulting and digital solutions firm, is looking for a Senior Research Manager based in the UAE who speaks Arabic fluently. The role covers market research studies, client-facing project management and business development, with involvement in all decisions of the Market Research Department.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in business development, from prospecting to preparing sales materials and proposals, with a focus on the private sector
• Select and offer the right research methodology and data analysis to the client
• Lead the project team, develop client-ready deliverables and present them to the client
• Own a work stream in a large project or lead the project overall, depending on its size
• Manage the project plan, activities, resources and budget, and deliver on time to client satisfaction
• Ensure the contract is fully executed before commissioning, that invoices are issued on time and payments are received on time
• Obtain the release/completion letter and performance bond from the client on time, where applicable
• Develop financial and technical proposals for market research studies, and draw conclusions and recommendations from client interviews, data gathering and analysis
• Manage the client relationship partner, structure the project framework and define the methodology to solve business challenges
• Lead the design of solutions and ensure quality, on-time delivery of coherent deliverables

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and Master's degree
• At least 7 to 10 years of experience as a Research Manager with a proven record of achieving sales targets
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory
