Senior Resident Engineer – Site (High‑rise Projects)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Resident Engineer to lead on‑site activities for high‑rise projects in Dubai. The role involves ensuring quality, safety and schedule compliance while coordinating with contractors, clients and regulatory bodies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications and schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality control checks and prepare detailed technical reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain smooth project execution.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment and materials, and implement cost‑control measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years as a Resident Engineer on high‑rise towers and at least 15 years total construction experience.
• UAE experience with strong familiarity of Dubai construction standards and regulations.
• Proven ability to resolve complex engineering issues and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with construction management software.
