Senior Retoucher

About the role

As the Senior Retoucher you will manage all areas of the image editing processes across both Production (product pages) and Creative (marketing content). This includes overseeing image quality, process efficiency and budget management.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Head of Production and Technology team to identify and implement an efficient post‑production workflow solution.
• Perform daily production retouching of high‑priority or high‑value products.
• Retouch all creative assets to ensure fast turn‑around of high‑quality images.
• Provide daily communication and technical support to photographers, advising on lighting, settings and product positioning to reduce post‑production workload.
• Record and monitor KPIs such as turnaround times and outsourced costs.
• Train the Image Coordinator to increase in‑house retouching capacity.
• Monitor quality and consistency across in‑house photography and outsourced retouching.
• Support image uploads to the site.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in image retouching for the fashion industry.
• Clear understanding of e‑commerce processes and required retouching techniques.
• People‑management experience.
• Strong knowledge of asset and file management.
• Experience in budgeting and reporting.
