Senior RFP / Contracts Specialist (Technical)

About the role

Egis Group is seeking a Senior RFP / Contracts Specialist (Technical) to lead the preparation and management of technical tender documents for SCADA, OT and telecom projects in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Structure and draft Request for Proposals (RFPs) for complex engineering projects.
• Coordinate inputs from architects and technical teams to ensure comprehensive documentation.
• Define evaluation criteria, scoring matrices, Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and pricing schedules.
• Support bid evaluation processes and provide technical guidance to the evaluation committee.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical, Control or Telecom Engineering.
• 10+ years of site‑based supervision experience on SCADA, OT, control‑centre or telecom projects.
• Proven leadership in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and cut‑over activities.
• Demonstrated experience working on projects in the GCC/UAE region.
