Senior Sales Engineer – Enware

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive growth of Enware sanitary‑ware solutions across Dubai, focusing on plumbing merchants, distributors and key clients in healthcare, aged‑care, education and industrial markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with plumbing merchants, distributors and key clients in targeted sectors.
• Build strong relationships and introduce innovative sanitary‑ware solutions to existing and new customers.
• Collaborate with technical teams to meet customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Organise and deliver client training sessions and product demonstrations.
• Attend industry events, monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate deliveries, handle technical service requests and act as the regional customer‑support contact.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in sanitary‑ware sales within the UAE (GCC experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing or a related discipline.
• Valid UAE driving licence and fluent English communication skills.
• Strong technical aptitude for Enware products and proven consultative sales capability.
