Senior Sales Engineer

About the role

Recorded Future is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to work with its Middle East account teams, supporting enterprise customers in Turkey and the UAE. The role combines cybersecurity expertise with pre‑sales engineering to drive successful pilot projects and long‑term customer adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand requirements, answer technical questions, and demonstrate Recorded Future capabilities.
• Plan and manage proof‑of‑value engagements and pilot projects.
• Develop use cases and deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
• Resolve critical analytical, technical, and operational challenges.
• Promote user adoption across diverse use cases.
• Travel throughout the region as needed (approximately 40% of the time).

Required profile

• Experience in a pre‑sales engineering or consulting role focused on cybersecurity solutions or services.
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
• Background in analytical roles such as intelligence, military, cybersecurity, or business operations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including C‑level executives.
• Proficiency in business‑level English and Turkish.
