Senior Sales Engineer – Water Treatment Solutions

About the role

Water Engineering Technologies FZC is seeking a motivated Senior Sales Engineer to expand its footprint in water and wastewater treatment across the UAE. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and technical presentations to negotiation and project hand‑over, while collaborating closely with engineering, procurement and service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and build a robust pipeline of new business.
• Identify and qualify opportunities for water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and deliver compelling presentations.
• Participate in exhibitions, industry events and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement and Service teams to ensure smooth project execution and after‑sales support.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor pipeline progress and report to senior management.
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients across the UAE.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities in the water‑treatment sector.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of project sales experience, preferably in water or wastewater treatment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to propose practical solutions.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
