Senior Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding & Logistics

About the role

We are seeking a senior sales professional to lead new‑business development and grow existing accounts within our freight forwarding and logistics division. The role focuses on generating revenue across air, sea, and land transport services while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers through cold calling, networking and client visits.
• Promote and sell sea freight, air freight, land transport, customs clearance and warehousing solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from quotation to negotiation, closing and post‑sale account development.
• Maintain and expand relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers and traders.
• Coordinate with operations teams to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Track sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue and gross‑profit targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping processes and documentation.
• Existing network of contacts in the UAE market is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and closing abilities.
• UAE driving licence preferred and fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
