Senior Sales Executive – Generator Set Exports

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to expand our generator set export business in the UAE. You will identify customer needs, manage the full sales cycle and drive profitable growth for the Power division.

Key responsibilities

• Develop export sales opportunities for generator sets by qualifying leads and understanding customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, meetings and field visits.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring profitable growth.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity and sales records and prepare complete sales documentation.
• Monitor competitor activity and share market insights to support sales planning.

Required profile

• At least seven years of generator set sales experience in the UAE, including export sales.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a recent role.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Business or Engineering degree.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capability.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience in generator set export sales.
• Knowledge of B2B sales processes and commercial negotiations.
• Ability to interpret customer requirements and present appropriate commercial solutions.
• Effective negotiation, communication and influencing skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
