Senior Sales Executive

About the role

Harvard Logistics is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth across key customer accounts in Abu Dhabi. You will act as the primary liaison between the customer head office and field operations, ensuring seamless execution of in‑store fundamentals and brand initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage service levels, identify opportunities, and resolve issues through database and stock management.
• Develop and deploy customer agreement elements, monitor monthly compliance, and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Build joint business plans and customer scorecards, updating share reports and analysing data for actionable insights.
• Lead category‑management projects, sell concepts to customers, set joint KPIs, and track execution against timelines.
• Sell and coordinate brand initiatives with the Category Manager, communicating plans to field teams via the sales force application.
• Liaise with Finance for account reconciliation, receivables, and adherence to finance SOPs.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in sales, business development, or account management within a B2B environment.
• Strong ability to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders at customer organisations.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret share reports, scorecards, and market insights.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering joint business plans and meeting sales targets.
