Senior Sales Executive – Office Furniture Project Sales

About the role

We are looking for a senior sales executive to lead office‑furniture project sales across corporate, commercial, government and hospitality sectors in the UAE. The role combines strategic account development, tender management and end‑to‑end project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle for office‑furniture projects, from lead generation to contract award and hand‑over.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with corporate clients, consultants, architects, interior designers and procurement teams.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and tender submissions in collaboration with design, estimation and procurement teams.
• Coordinate with design, logistics and project teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing to uncover growth opportunities.
• Drive upselling, cross‑selling and repeat business to maximise project profitability.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in office‑furniture or related project sales.
• Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and achieving targets.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate client requirements into tailored furniture solutions.
