Senior Sales Executive – Sports Construction & Equipment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive new business across the UAE for a portfolio of sports construction systems, equipment and related services. The role focuses on generating leads, building relationships and closing deals in the sports infrastructure market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, government entities, schools, sports clubs and academies.
• Generate enquiries, conduct client meetings, site visits and product presentations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations and tender submissions.
• Coordinate technical and commercial requirements with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Review project specifications, drawings and AutoCAD layouts.
• Negotiate and follow up on projects until award and completion.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of relevant sales experience in the UAE, preferably in construction or sports‑related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE construction and sports industry with established contacts.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to interpret technical drawings.
