Senior Sales Manager – AECO Expansion

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager will lead new‑business and expansion opportunities for Autodesk’s AECO organization across the Middle East. This position focuses on strategic account growth, whitespace expansion and driving revenue within high‑value, multinational customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of account executives to achieve expansion, cross‑sell and upsell targets.
• Define and execute a Middle East expansion strategy aligned with global AECO priorities.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and build targeted plans for strategic accounts.
• Own forecast accuracy, pipeline health and rigorous review processes.
• Embed best‑in‑class sales methodologies such as TAS and value‑based selling.
• Build trusted relationships with C‑level stakeholders and position Autodesk as a strategic partner.

Required profile

• 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably across multiple Middle East countries.
• Proven track record in complex B2B SaaS expansion and strategic account management.
• Experience selling to large, multinational customers and closing high‑value deals.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with technical understanding of SaaS solutions.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.
