Senior Sales Manager – AECO Expansion (Middle East)

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager will lead new‑business and expansion opportunities for Autodesk’s AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Owners) organization across the Middle East. This role focuses on strategic account growth, unlocking whitespace, and accelerating revenue within key multinational customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of account executives targeting strategic accounts and expansion opportunities.
• Drive growth through cross‑sell, upsell, and deep penetration of high‑value customers.
• Ensure the team meets or exceeds revenue targets while maintaining a strong pipeline.
• Coach the team through complex enterprise sales cycles, including executive engagement and procurement negotiations.
• Define and execute the Middle East expansion strategy aligned with global AECO priorities.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and build targeted expansion plans for strategic accounts.
• Own forecasting accuracy and pipeline health, leading rigorous review processes.
• Embed best‑in‑class sales methodologies such as TAS and value‑based selling.
• Build trusted relationships with C‑level stakeholders and position Autodesk as a strategic partner.

Required profile

• Strategic, commercially driven sales leader with strong commercial acumen.
• Proven track record in complex B2B SaaS sales, especially in expansion and strategic account management.
• Ability to navigate complexity, scale high‑impact accounts, and lead through transformation.
• Excellent executive presence and stakeholder alignment skills.
