Senior Sales Manager – Newton

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by selling our AdTech solutions directly to brands and enterprise clients. The position is based in the Newton office in Dubai and focuses on building strategic relationships with CMOs and brand marketers to optimise digital ad spend.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch and close new business with mid‑market and enterprise brands (Brand Acquisition).
• Understand client marketing goals and position AdTech solutions to solve specific challenges (Consultative Selling).
• Cultivate deep partnerships with internal brand marketing and growth teams to ensure long‑term retention (Relationship Management).
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to contract execution while maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline (Pipeline Ownership).

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years selling AdTech/MarTech solutions directly to brands.
• A proven, active rolodex of brand‑side marketing and growth decision‑makers.
• Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic, data targeting and ROI attribution.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to translate complex technology into clear business value for brand stakeholders.
