Senior Sales Manager / Sales Director

About the role

We are seeking a senior sales leader to drive revenue across both B2B and B2C channels for a leading healthcare services organisation in Dubai. The role combines full P&L ownership with the development of innovative market initiatives and strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Own the P&L for B2B and B2C segments, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
• Design and execute sales and business‑development strategies to expand market share and deepen client relationships.
• Identify and launch partnership opportunities with technology, wearable, corporate and government entities.
• Build and nurture relationships with government bodies, hospitals, corporates and other key accounts.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing sales and BD team aligned with commercial goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to refine strategy and report performance to the Managing Director.
• Guarantee a consistent, high‑quality customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of sales and business‑development experience, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics or related sectors.
• Proven track record of driving B2B and B2C revenue growth with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong network and experience engaging government entities and large corporate clients.
• Strategic thinker capable of creating non‑traditional sales initiatives and partnerships.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing high‑performing teams.
• Results‑oriented, commercially savvy and able to manage complex projects.
