Senior Sales Manager – Sponsorship, Partnerships & Exhibitions

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to own the commercial revenue line for the 2027 edition of a leading consumer gaming, esports and pop‑culture festival in Dubai. This is a proactive, new‑business role focused on building a pipeline from scratch and closing sponsorship, partnership and exhibition deals.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and map a pipeline across sectors such as gaming, technology, telecoms, FMCG, automotive, banking, retail, education and entertainment.
• Self‑generate opportunities through outreach, industry events, agency relationships and referrals, then develop tailored proposals and lead pitching, negotiation and closing.
• Manage the full sales cycle including LOIs, contracts, purchase orders, invoicing and collection, and prepare comprehensive handover packs for each partner.
• Submit weekly reports on pipeline movement, signed revenue, meetings, risks and priorities, and review progress with internal leads and the client.

Required profile

• Proven commercial track record in sponsorship, partnership, media, exhibition or event sales with full‑cycle ownership.
• Self‑starter who has built pipelines from scratch and can work independently without day‑to‑day supervision.
• Established GCC network of brand and agency contacts ready to be activated immediately.
• Practical knowledge of the gaming, esports and entertainment ecosystem and what brands seek from it.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong proposal‑writing skills.
• Based in Dubai or the Emirates with a valid local driving licence.
