Manager, Customer Success – MEA

About the role

Vantor is looking for a Manager, Customer Success to lead the MEA region, ensuring strategic government customers derive maximum value from our spatial intelligence platforms while building long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic government accounts across MEA, conducting operational and quarterly business reviews.
• Monitor customer health, product adoption and satisfaction, developing success plans to improve retention and value.
• Provide technical and operational support for Vantor platforms (Hub, Nexus, Sentry, RAP, DAF) and coordinate specialist assistance.
• Partner with Sales, Account Executives and Strategic Account Managers to drive renewals, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Produce monthly dashboards and reports on health, adoption, renewal risk and operational performance.
• Lead, coach and develop the MEA Customer Success team, establishing best‑practice playbooks and operating rhythms.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading customer success, technical account management or strategic support teams in enterprise SaaS, geospatial or government environments.
• Strong people‑leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a growing team.
• Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities, delivering executive‑level insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, mission‑focused organization.

Required skills

• Technical aptitude for complex software platforms.
• Experience with Vantor’s products: Hub, Nexus, Sentry, RAP, DAF.
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management.
