Senior Salesforce Techno Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Techno Functional Consultant to lead the administration, configuration and optimisation of our Salesforce platform within a large‑scale real‑estate environment. The role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions align with business goals while maintaining platform stability and user adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day Salesforce administration, user management, security settings and system health monitoring.
• Gather requirements from Sales, Marketing, Leasing, Finance and Customer Service teams and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design and implement Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, custom objects, record types and dashboards.
• Collaborate with development teams on Apex, Lightning Web Components and custom integrations.
• Lead data migration, sandbox management, SIT/UAT testing and release management activities.
• Provide user training, create documentation and support post‑go‑live adoption.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 + years of Salesforce consulting, administration and support experience.
• At least 3 + years in a real‑estate or property development organisation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field and strong client‑facing communication skills.

• Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience and Flow Builder.
• Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards, Permission & Security Model.
• Data Loader, Salesforce Optimizer, Change Sets & Deployment Management.
• REST and SOAP APIs, Middleware integrations (MuleSoft, Boomi), OAuth authentication.
• SOQL, SOSL, Apex fundamentals, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Data migration tools, release management and environment governance.
