Senior SAP CAR Allocation & Replenishment Planning Lead

About the role

Capgemini is seeking a Senior SAP CAR Allocation & Replenishment Planning Lead to drive the design, build, testing and deployment of SAP CAR solutions for retail clients in Dubai. The role focuses on allocation, replenishment and POS data foundations to support forecasting and supply‑chain efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP CAR Allocation & Replenishment Planning activities across all project phases.
• Prepare allocation, replenishment and POSDTA data models to enable accurate forecasting.
• Integrate third‑party and e‑commerce data requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated retail solutions.
• Support issue resolution, enhancements and performance tuning.
• Produce documentation, test scripts and deployment artefacts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SAP CAR retail planning, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced implementation environment.
