Senior SAT Analyst

About the role

EDGE Group is seeking a Senior SAT Analyst to develop high‑quality training materials and learning content aligned with the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) methodology. The role supports analysis, course design, and validation functions within a fast‑moving defence technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft SAT documentation for analysis, course design, and validation.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using SAT methodology.
• Compile job employment volumes and related documentation.
• Design courses following recognized SAT procedures.
• Research, collate, and analyse information from multiple sources.
• Provide SAT advice to TNA leads and project support teams.
• Guide technical SMEs to deliver training solutions on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with industry, stakeholders, and translators as needed.
• Produce training outputs and reports in line with UAE SAT quality‑assurance policies.

Required profile

• Significant background in training, education, learning, or behavioural change.
• Completed formal SAT analysis, course design, and validation training.
• At least 3 years of experience applying SAT, preferably ESAT (UAE) or SADL.
• Knowledge of current training methods and media.
• Experience as a training consultant outside defence is desirable.
