Senior Security Agent – Facilities

About the role

Join the Emirates Group Security team as a Senior Security Agent in the Facilities Protection Team. You will coordinate, control and support security operations across Group facilities, supervising both internal and outsourced personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and conduct random checks of security personnel to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Prepare incident reports and shift rosters, optimizing manpower utilisation and reducing overtime.
• Support preliminary investigations, collect facts, and assist in determining appropriate actions.
• Supervise outsourced security staff (Transguard Patrol) and ensure adherence to Group Security Policy.
• Inspect accommodation buildings, manage maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely completion.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of schooling or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of security experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
