Senior Service Crew

About the role

The Senior Service Crew position is responsible for generating sales and delivering excellent customer service, while supporting other operational duties such as housekeeping and visual presentation standards as assigned by the Store Management Team. It is a full-time role based in Ajman.

Key responsibilities

• Hospitality and guest service: present a positive first impression with clean, neat uniform and a clean exterior and dining room; follow the Always Fresh procedure so coffee and products are always fresh and accurate.
• Deliver consistent guest service with a friendly attitude, attentive behaviour and strong product knowledge, applying the S.E.T. principles (Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You).
• Ensure every order is accurate and that every guest receives a prompt, warm greeting within 5 seconds at the front counter and drive-thru.
• Maintain speed of service targets and execute service recovery promptly for guest concerns or complaints.
• Follow operations standards and guidelines for preparing products, communicate showcase and product needs, and record temperatures in the Time & Temperature Log.
• Attend all store meetings, follow restaurant policies and procedures, and keep the front counter clean, organised and stocked for rush periods.
• Cashiering: accept cash, credit cards, vouchers or automatic debits, issue receipts, refunds or change correctly, count the cash till at the start of each shift and keep checkout areas tidy.
• Health and safety: comply with occupational health and safety legislation, use personal protective equipment where required, report accidents and unsafe conditions, and avoid operating equipment in a way that endangers others.
