Senior SharePoint & Power Automate Developer

About the role

An experienced SharePoint and Power Automate developer is sought to design, develop, customize and support end-to-end business solutions using Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate. The main focus is SharePoint site development and backend business process automation, including independent analysis of requirements, workflow design, integration and delivery of complete SharePoint-based automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, forms, pages and document management solutions.
• Design and implement Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, document processing, escalations and business process automation.
• Integrate SharePoint and Power Automate with external applications, APIs, databases and enterprise systems.
• Build supporting solutions with Power Apps, React.js, SPFx.NET and Web APIs as needed.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, functions and database integrations.
• Manage solution deployment across development, testing and production environments.
• Troubleshoot, optimize and maintain SharePoint sites, workflows, integrations and applications.
• Work with source control, repository management and CI/CD pipelines, and prepare technical documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions on time.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SharePoint development and customization experience.
• 4+ years of Power Automate and Power Apps / Power Platform experience.
• 5+ years of .NET web and API development, and 4+ years of React.js / SPFx.
• 5+ years of SQL Server, stored procedures and functions; 3+ years of Android mobile app development.
• 2+ years of DevOps, repository management and CI/CD; 2+ years of Power BI (good to have).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field; Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
