Senior Site Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Site Architect to lead architectural supervision on active project sites in Dubai. The role ensures design intent, specifications, and material standards are met while coordinating with all engineering disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve engineering submissions, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical proposals.
• Validate coordinated drawings across architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and specialist systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections of architectural works, finishes, mock‑ups, and installations.
• Monitor construction progress, identify design discrepancies, and propose compliant solutions.
• Prepare site reports, inspection logs, NCRs/SORs and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support project handover activities, including snagging, de‑snagging, and final inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• 10–12 years of experience in architectural site supervision on large‑scale construction projects, especially residential or hotel towers.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai building codes and authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, etc.).
• Proven ability to review shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and technical submissions.
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and coordination skills.
