About the role

We are seeking a Senior Social Strategist for a freelance, onsite project that runs until 15 October. The role will lead the strategic thinking for a high‑profile destination launch, turning data‑rich briefs and research into a single compelling proposition that guides the creative team.

Key responsibilities

Own the strategic spine of the pitch, from insight generation through to execution, ensuring a continuous argument.
Build channel and market architecture across multiple international markets with clear migration logic for client approval.
Synthesise audience, media and social‑listening research into a unified point of view that underpins the deck.
Collaborate daily with the Creative Director to align strategy and creative output.

Required profile

Minimum 8 years of experience in social or communications strategy, preferably with destination, luxury or hospitality brands.
Experience working across GCC or multiple international markets; ability to partner with PR and media agencies.
Professional fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
