Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Dubai team on an onsite basis. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality software for airlines, airports, and travel‑technology solutions within an Agile/SAFe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, WebDriverIO, and Cypress.
• Create and execute comprehensive test plans for web UI, API, and database testing.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Track, report, and verify defects using JIRA and document test results in Confluence.
• Apply BDD/TDD practices with Cucumber and ensure test code is clean, maintainable, and scalable.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of hands‑on experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Java, and/or Python.
• Proven experience working in SAFe Agile environments.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving abilities.
