Senior Solution Architect – Healthcare RCM

About the role

Oracle is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to work in a client‑facing capacity, partnering with healthcare organisations to design, configure and maintain advanced Oracle Health solutions. You will provide both functional and technical consulting, ensuring high‑quality incident resolution and delivering measurable value to improve care delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and support revenue‑cycle custom solutions, including third‑party integrations, to meet client‑specific needs.
• Engage directly with clients to provide tailored recommendations, resolve high‑priority issues, and lead support for Oracle Health RCM solutions.
• Perform complex troubleshooting using Oracle Health tools, workflow validation and end‑user shadowing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Consulting, SWx, OHH, IP) to deliver proactive client support.
• Build long‑term client relationships by consistently delivering value and managing expectations.
• Gather requirements, conduct gap analysis and propose ROI‑driven process and system improvements.
• Provide end‑to‑end service support for configuration changes and service requests across the product lifecycle.
• Automate manual processes, resolve long‑standing issues and optimize solutions to enhance client experience.
• Analyze system performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve stability and efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for RCM solutions and drive internal initiatives such as Prevent, Support and Advance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Healthcare IT with a strong focus on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) modules.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and projects.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Health Patient Accounting modules (Claim Submission/Resubmission, Remittance Advice Posting, GL Alias, Financial Reporting, Denial Management, Charge Services).
• Technical troubleshooting including server‑log analysis and resolution of critical issues.
• Experience with 835 (Payment Posting) and 837 (Claim Submission) interfaces.
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing ad‑hoc CCL (Cerner Command Language) queries.
• Designing, building and optimizing RCM solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Software implementation experience (minimum 2 years).
• Experience in patient accounting and charge services functionalities such as billing, account management, coding, financial reporting, charge capturing and cash posting.
