Senior Solution Architect – Managed Services (MEA)

About the role

HPE is looking for a Senior Solution Architect to lead the design of Managed Services offerings across the Middle East and Africa. The role is onsite at HPE’s Dubai office and involves close collaboration with sales, partners and customers to deliver Hybrid Cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise to craft Hybrid Cloud Managed Services solutions, including Private Cloud AI, AI‑Ops and GreenLake platforms.
• Develop and present solution proposals, financial models and pricing to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain professional relationships at multiple levels, understanding customer business needs and translating them into tailored architectures.
• Collaborate with internal and external experts to revise designs, address challenges and ensure successful implementation.
• Support the transition from sales to delivery by orienting delivery teams on solution design.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in Managed Services or similar environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
