Senior Solution Implementation Manager

About the role

Anaplan is seeking a highly driven Senior Solution Implementation Manager to lead complex, high‑stakes deployments for strategic enterprise customers across the Middle East. You will act as the primary delivery partner, influencing C‑level executives and end‑users while ensuring projects stay on budget, scope, and timeline.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Anaplan deployments, establishing governance, precise scoping, and uncovering hidden assumptions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for delivery, aligning with stakeholders from operational leads to the C‑suite.
• Navigate multi‑faceted programs, balancing scope, risk, budget, and resources.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and drive critical decisions across design, testing, timelines, and change management.
• Apply Anaplan Way methodology to deliver scalable, intuitive solutions and provide transparent reporting on project status.

Required profile

• Proven program or project management experience on large‑scale enterprise initiatives.
• Deep hands‑on experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Track record of rescuing and realigning complex projects under tight timelines and budgets.
• Exceptional executive influence and communication skills, able to negotiate and build consensus.
• Domain knowledge in Supply Chain, FP&A, or Workforce Planning is a strong differentiator; Arabic language preferred but not required.
