Senior Specialist - AI Solution Architecture

About the role

Parsons is looking for a Senior Specialist in AI Solution Architecture to lead the design and delivery of AI‑enabled solutions for transportation, mobility and digital transformation programmes. You will provide technical leadership, shape architecture strategies and ensure that AI implementations are secure, scalable and aligned with client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end AI solution architectures, covering platforms, data flows, integration, APIs, cloud environments and operational systems.
• Assess existing technology landscapes and identify opportunities for AI, Generative AI, machine learning and intelligent automation.
• Develop conceptual and logical architecture models, define technical standards and create implementation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with data, analytics, cybersecurity and enterprise technology teams to guarantee solution security and sustainability.
• Oversee AI solution development, testing, deployment, model monitoring and lifecycle management.
• Support proof‑of‑concepts, pilot projects and production roll‑outs, providing technical assurance and quality reviews.

Required profile

• Technical degree (Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering or related) from an accredited university.
• Proven experience designing and delivering AI‑enabled solutions in complex, multi‑disciplinary environments.
• Strong understanding of transportation, mobility or digital transformation domains.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, partners and cross‑functional teams.
