Senior Specialist - Data Engineering & Analytics

About the role

You will drive the adoption of analytics and reporting by prototyping dashboards, gathering feedback, and iteratively building requirements. Working with business and cross‑functional teams, you will gather, document and approve requirements for data analytics reporting projects while delivering robust data engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption of analytics and reporting experience by prototyping dashboards and collecting feedback.
• Gather, document, and approve business requirements for data analytics reporting projects.
• Design, develop, and implement ETL processes to transform structured, unstructured and disparate source data into data warehouses or data marts.
• Support the development of data strategy, enable self‑service analytics and upskill business users.
• Evaluate existing data and analytics systems and contribute to the Data Analytics and AI roadmap.
• Design, develop and maintain data warehouses, data lakes and other storage systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 8‑11 years of experience in advanced analytics, data engineering and reporting solutions.
• Proven experience with data warehousing using Alteryx and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Business Objects.
• Hands‑on experience with Python for data engineering and knowledge of Airflow.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud) for data warehousing.
