Senior Specialist Financial Planning

About the role

The Senior Specialist Financial Planning will lead the development, alignment and monitoring of financial planning, budgeting and reporting for ADNOC's Upstream business. This role ensures that financial plans are consistent with corporate mandates, objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, align, implement and monitor consolidated BLD financial plans and budgets in collaboration with the Planning & Performance Team.
• Prepare and review the 5‑year business plan and annual budgets for Upstream OPCOs, ADNOC Drilling and related service companies.
• Assist Group Companies in preparing BPC reports, variance analyses and capital project planning documentation.
• Provide expert advice on the robustness of financial plans, budgets and management information reports.
• Support internal and external audit activities and ensure compliance with internal control policies and accounting standards.
• Evaluate and report on financial performance, preparing ad‑hoc analyses as required.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in financial planning, budgeting and performance reporting.
• Strong knowledge of upstream oil & gas financial structures and consolidation processes.
• Ability to work closely with business units and senior management to align financial objectives.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
