Senior Specialist Gas Master Planning

About the role

The Senior Specialist Gas Master Planning will develop and maintain ADNOC's Gas Master Plan, ensuring optimal value, profitability and sustainable energy supply across normal and contingency scenarios. The role supports senior management with strategic gas and downstream energy business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate long‑term supply potential for gas, ethane, LPG, naphtha, condensate and sulphur and support government energy initiatives.
• Forecast short‑ and long‑term gas supply and demand, analyse impacts on gas injection, LNG imports/exports and economic value.
• Partner with upstream and gas group companies to verify production plans and assess feasibility of capacity expansions.
• Prepare contingency scenarios to enhance gas supply security and business continuity.
• Lead planning, supervision and coordination of activities, budget inputs and performance monitoring for the assigned area.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Economics; Master’s preferred.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in oil and gas forecasting or related activities.
• Proven ability to work with senior management and external stakeholders across the energy sector.
