Senior Specialist – Growth (Food Hub)

About the role

The Senior Specialist – Growth supports the Senior Manager Growth at Abu Dhabi Food Hub, ensuring seamless execution of commercial operations, accurate billing, and high service quality across multiple functional areas.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery and quality of value‑added services (VAS) such as storage, handling and ancillary tenant services.
• Own end‑to‑end billing accuracy for VAS, parking, concessions and other revenue streams, resolving disputes and conducting regular audits.
• Test, troubleshoot and improve the Operations Management System, acting as the Control Tower for operational activities.
• Monitor contract compliance, address discrepancies and collaborate with finance and legal teams.
• Manage waste segregation, collection and disposal in line with ESG and municipal requirements, tracking volumes and diversion rates.
• Prepare operational reports and dashboards for senior management and identify process‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, free zones or industrial parks.
• Fluent English (mandatory); Arabic is a plus.
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., facilities management, logistics or contract management) is advantageous.
