Senior Specialist – Growth (Food Hub)

About the role

The Senior Specialist – Growth at Abu Dhabi Food Hub (ADFH), part of AD Ports Group’s Economic Cities & Free Zones Cluster, supports the Senior Manager Growth in executing the hub’s commercial operational portfolio. The role ensures operational continuity, contract and billing integrity, and service quality across tenant services, MOUs, concessions, value‑added services, parking, cold‑chain infrastructure and waste management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of value‑added services (VAS) such as storage, handling and ancillary tenant services, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Own end‑to‑end billing accuracy for VAS and other operational revenue streams, validate usage data, apply correct rates and resolve tenant disputes.
• Monitor contract compliance and integrity, working with finance and legal teams to address discrepancies.
• Test, troubleshoot and improve the Operations Management System, acting as the Control Tower for operational activities.
• Coordinate waste segregation, collection and disposal in line with municipal and ESG requirements, tracking volumes and diversion rates.
• Prepare regular operational reports and dashboards for senior management and identify process‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, free zones or industrial parks.
• Fluent English (mandatory); Arabic is a plus.
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., facilities management, logistics or contract management) is advantageous.
