Senior Specialist - Growth

About the role

The Senior Specialist – Growth at Abu Dhabi Food Hub supports the Senior Manager Growth in executing the commercial operational portfolio, ensuring continuity, billing integrity and service quality across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of value‑added services (VAS) such as storage, handling and ancillary tenant services, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Own end‑to‑end billing accuracy for VAS and other operational revenue streams, validate usage data and resolve tenant disputes.
• Monitor contract compliance, address discrepancies and collaborate with finance and legal teams.
• Test and troubleshoot the Operations Management System, acting as the Control Tower for operational activities.
• Manage billing accuracy for parking, concessions, VAS and other revenue streams, conduct regular audits and recommend system improvements.
• Coordinate waste segregation, collection and disposal in line with ESG and municipal requirements, track volumes and manage contractor SLAs.
• Prepare regular operational reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to support cost efficiency and service quality while ensuring health, safety and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, free zones or industrial parks.
• Fluent English (mandatory); Arabic good to have.
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., facilities management, logistics, contract management) is an advantage.
