Senior Specialist - Human Capital

About the role

Core42 is looking for a Senior Specialist – Human Capital to lead the delivery of HR programmes and day‑to‑day operations across its Dubai office. The role partners with HR Business Partners, managers and employees to ensure smooth employee‑lifecycle processes, talent initiatives and policy implementation while safeguarding confidentiality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding, transfers, promotions, organisational changes and off‑boarding, ensuring a consistent employee experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records, employment documentation and personnel files across Human Capital systems.
• Execute HR programmes and initiatives in collaboration with HR Business Partners and business leaders.
• Assist with performance‑management cycles, including administration, documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Help implement HR policies, procedures and employee communications.
• Respond to employee and manager enquiries on HR policies, programmes and processes.
• Support HR Business Partners with employee‑relations cases, documentation and follow‑up.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards and workforce metrics to provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operations or a similar specialist role.
• Strong knowledge of employee‑lifecycle processes and HR best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good communication skills to interact with employees, managers and HR partners.
• Ability to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency.
