Senior Specialist - Investment and Fund Administration

About the role

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is looking for a Senior Specialist in Investment and Fund Administration within its Group Business Support (GBS) unit. The role supports the administration of the bank's in-house mutual funds and the back office of the Wealth Management Group. The position is open only to UAE nationals.

Key responsibilities

• Process NAV calculations, fund activities, journal entries and accounts, and prepare regulatory reports accurately and on time for the administration of ADCB's in-house mutual funds.
• Process subscriptions, redemptions and transfers of all types of investment securities to support the Wealth Management Group.
• Process settlements, portfolio maintenance and valuation, corporate actions, custodial activities, reconciliations, fees and reports to support Investment Back Office operations.
• Process internal vouchers and external remittances on FCR to support Back Office activities.
• Follow organizational policies, SOPs and instructions consistently, and adhere to the bank's people management policies.
• Deliver the bank's service standards in all internal and external customer interactions.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in banking operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• Knowledge of securities (investment) products, wealth management products and services, and wealth management systems.
