About the role

Join ADCB’s Retail Banking Group as a Senior Specialist – Portfolio, focusing on driving acquisition, retention, and cross‑sell initiatives while enhancing customer experience and Net Promoter Score.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and manage acquisition, attrition, deepening and cross‑sell campaigns, tracking effectiveness and market share growth.
• Develop and streamline MIS reports, providing accurate data for business decisions.
• Contribute to budget preparation, monitor financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across policies, processes and systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of banking or financial services experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
• Professional qualifications and in‑depth knowledge of retail banking products.

Required skills

• Strong numerical and financial analysis capabilities.
• Knowledge of global financial markets and trends.
